Game Trading Zone is a great site, and the owner of it just recently changed it from subscribing only back to a free site.

I really wish we had a place in Boise Idaho that sold old games. I would go there to get all the games I grew up with instead of shopping around online at GameTZ.com and eBay.

I used to play it all the time and I was actually just playing it the other night ago in dosbox. It's called Tank Wars 2.0. I used to play it ALL THE TIME when I was younger.
