Unfortunally, it isn't any of those games too

The game had 2D graphics very similar to the graphics of Dune 2000, (more specifically, screenshot 32, that was the one that felt the most similar to me for some reason, except the UI which I think was more like a dark metallic texture) and also the terrain looked very similar to the ones in Dune 20...

Thank you for the reply, but sadly the game I'm looking for isn't either of those.
