Top down view, black and white vector graphics, Old as the dayz, possibly Broderbund? You could race two player (maybe even three player?) It was a sailing simulator with little triangle boats and you could pull up sails and the spinaker and move them in and out. And there were wind shifts . . . And...

I remeber that game, it was well low spec 3d vector and all the islands had greek names, like Thermopylae. That game ruled. No idea what it was called . . .
