So, back from the depths of oblivion for a short time, I have attempted to get good ol' Blood working on my Win XP lappy. Of course, true to XP form, I've hit some snags. First thing I tried, was running the .exe straight from Windows Explorer. I went through Setup first, and used what config worked...

Swiftman runs after DOSRaider, tackling him to the ground, pinning him to said ground with a heavy boot on his throat.

He grins and takes the cookies from DOSRaider's grasp.

"Nice try, chum!"

Swiftman steps off and returns to his original position.

*sits in a chair with a DS, copy of Elite Beat Agents, large bag of cookies, and drinks ahoy, awaiting the show to follow*

Give me Privateer, Descent and Wing Commander any day of the week.

Though Master of Orion, Civilization and Stunt Island are damn good as well.

I have the original floppies for this game.

A bit too constrictive for my tastes, I played Stunt Island muuuuuuuuuch more.

Old thread is ooooooolllllllldddddd Henyhoo, I have a Gateway Tablet Laptop, 1.7 mhz, 512 RAM [next paycheck I'll get more, maybe], gotten late 2006, and that's for most anything that I want to do, does most anything I want. If I want some serious DOS gaming done though, I have an IBM Aptiva 486, 66...
