The store.

EB games sometimes has the PC version of 7 or 8 in a bargain bin.

Also, this is a DOS games website. The PC versions of the FF games are not DOS.

Brief you say? In Xargon, you play as the cool and muscular Malvineous Havershim, who was trasported into a world unknown. Armed with a laser and his wit, he goes off to find a way home. A very good game with some minor problems, but still worth a go. I dunno if I can make things brief and keep it's...

Xargon

NOTE: Just so you know, I've never written a review for a game. Ever. Go easy :P I might do one on X-Com some time, but sadly I haven't beaten it yet. Sound: The sound in Xargon is pretty 'meh'. The music is the typical thing you'd expect from Epic, all this techno / classical stuff all rolled into ...

Where would I find these? I'm terrible at DOS stuff.

EDIT: Ok I found them, but how would I post the info like the other person did?

Hmm. Have you tried just running sound with music off? I know that for some reason, I can only play DOS games in Windows if I want sound (Without using the internal speaker), the problem is that sound will ONLY do either music or sound. Sometimes (rarely) it does both (Like for X-Com) except the sou...

Huh. That's odd, because much older games (Comander Keen, Xargon, Wolfenstien, Cosmo etc) work fine. *sigh* EDIT: Ok, I found the full version in an old disc box, but the same thing happens. I've tried Moslo, it dosen't really work. By that, I mean when I do it in MSDos, it dosen't detect my sound c...

Here are my specs: Win98 600 mhz P3 256 RAM nVidia GeForce FX 5200 All my other DOS games work fine. Any help would be a...
