Just wanted to update, sadly not good news. I haven't found anything at all yet.

I haven't given up yet, I haven't finished the DOS section but it's not in the windows on on Lord Sloth's site.

It doesn't looks like it was Ultima Underworld, I don't recall there being any sort of class selection either.

It definitely wasn't Dungeon Hack. Of everything I listed, the strawberry thing is definite. That's the thing I'm most certain on out of every thing I remember.
